As a Regional Director, you will play a crucial role in business development and recruiting efforts, ensuring that we meet the staffing needs of the healthcare industry effectively. This position requires a strong understanding of the healthcare landscape and the ability to connect with potential clients and candidates alike. You will be responsible for leading initiatives that enhance our market presence and drive growth in staffing solutions. In this role, you will leverage your experience in talent acquisition and marketing to develop strategies that attract top nursing talent. Responsibilities

  • Lead business development initiatives to expand Nurses Direct's market presence.
  • Oversee the recruitment process for nursing staff, ensuring quality and compliance with industry standards.
  • Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract potential clients and candidates.
  • Build and maintain relationships with healthcare facilities to understand their staffing needs.
  • Conduct interviews and assess candidates for nursing positions.
  • Utilize various technologies and platforms for recruitment and communication purposes.
  • Manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously while maintaining high organizational standards.

Requirements

  • Valid RN License or LPN License is required.
  • Experience in talent acquisition is preferred.
  • Background in marketing and sales is highly preferred but not required.
  • Strong personal drive with eagerness to learn and adapt to new challenges.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Ability to multi-task effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficient in using computers and various technologies, including email, word processing, and spreadsheets.
