About The Position
The position involves providing perioperative care to patients with cardiovascular, pulmonary, and vascular health deficits. The nurse will utilize the nursing process to assess, plan, intervene, and evaluate complex multisystem health care needs, particularly for unstable patients or those requiring complex care management. The role includes leadership responsibilities supported by the nurse manager and charge nurse, such as serving as the Charge Nurse and conducting unit orientation and education.
