About the position

The FirstChoice Mobile Staffing at Holy Cross is seeking Registered Nurses (RNs) for per diem positions across various critical care units. This role offers flexible scheduling, premium pay, and opportunities for both local and travel assignments. The program is designed for nurses who want to work in diverse practice settings while receiving competitive compensation.

Responsibilities

• Provide nursing care to patients on assigned unit based on FirstChoice staffing needs and positions.
• Utilize nursing skills to assess, diagnose, plan, implement care and evaluate patient's needs.
• Collaborate with members of assigned unit as well as FirstChoice colleagues to deliver evidenced based care within a healing culture for patients as well as families.

Requirements

• Registered Nurse (RN) license current within the state of practice.
• Current BLS and ACLS certifications (American Heart Association only).
• Two years of current experience in desired practice area.
• Willingness to float throughout the hospital and/or multiple hospital locations.
• Cannot hold a concurrent position at a Trinity Health facility.

Nice-to-haves

• Experience in critical care, ICU, CCU, or similar specialties.
