Responsibilities

• Provide pre-operative and post-operative care to patients.
• Monitor patients' vital signs and overall condition during recovery.
• Educate patients and their families about post-operative care and recovery processes.
• Collaborate with surgical teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
• Document patient care and progress accurately in medical records.

Requirements

• Graduation from an accredited school of Nursing.
• FL RN license required or appropriate compact licensure.
• Basic Cardiac Life Support certification must be obtained within 30 days of employment start date.
• Preferred: 1 year hospital floor nursing experience or outpatient surgery center experience.
• Demonstrated skills in organization, verbal and written communications, customer service, math, analysis, reading, following instruction, and basic computer usage.
