About The Position
The Registered Nurse (RN) at StoneCrest Center is responsible for providing and coordinating care for patients by assessing their physical and behavioral health needs. This role involves developing and implementing nursing care plans, maintaining medical records, and educating patients and their families about health conditions. The RN will ensure compliance with nursing practice standards and facility policies while demonstrating therapeutic rapport with patients and effectively communicating with all stakeholders involved in patient treatment.
