Responsibilities
- Provide direct nursing care to residents within the scope of practice.
- Supervise day-to-day nursing activities performed by Nursing Assistants.
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local standards, guidelines, and regulations.
- Maintain the highest degree of quality care at all times.
- Represent the Nursing Department and the organization professionally.
Requirements
- Valid NYS RN License.
- Prior experience in a Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) preferred but not required.
- Valid BLS Certification.
