This opportunity is for a Full Time Night shift or PRN / As needed position, requiring 12-hour shifts. We are currently seeking compassionate Registered Nurses (RN) to join our National Lutheran Communities & Services family. In this role, you will be entrusted with providing care for residents as if they were your own family. Your primary focus will be on assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating the care of your residents. This includes ensuring continuity and quality of care by leading, training, and supervising nursing assistants as needed. As a Registered Nurse, you will be responsible for caring for patients and facilitating their speedy recovery. You will also play a crucial role in educating patients and their families on prevention and healthy habits. The ideal candidate will be a responsible and well-trained professional capable of delivering the best nursing care with minimal supervision. Compassion and a calm demeanor are essential, along with a commitment to following health and safety guidelines consistently. The ultimate goal is to promote the well-being of patients by providing high-quality nursing care. The salary range for this position is $34.00 - $46.50 per hour, depending on experience.
