The Village at Orchard Ridge is seeking compassionate Registered Nurses (RNs) to join our dedicated nursing team. This full-time position primarily involves working night shifts or on a PRN/as-needed basis, with 12-hour shifts. As an RN, you will play a crucial role in providing high-quality care to our residents, ensuring that their needs are met with the same compassion and dedication you would offer to your own family. Your responsibilities will include assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating the care of your residents, while also ensuring continuity and quality of care. This may involve leading, training, and supervising nursing assistants as needed. In this role, you will be responsible for not only caring for patients but also facilitating their speedy recovery. Educating patients and their families on prevention and healthy habits will be a key part of your duties.
