About the position

This is an exciting opportunity for Registered Nurses (RNs) specializing in Emergency Medicine, Intensive Care Unit (ICU), and Medical/Surgical (Med/Surg) nursing. The position is a travel contract based in Oklahoma City, OK, and is specifically designed for qualified healthcare professionals who are ready to take on the challenges of emergency and acute care settings. The role requires RNs to work 12-hour night shifts, totaling 36 hours per week, for a duration of 13 weeks. The pay rate for RNs in the ICU/ER specialty is $50 per hour, while those in the Med/Surg specialty will earn $45 per hour. This position is ideal for nurses who thrive in fast-paced environments and are looking to make a significant impact in patient care during critical times. As part of the role, RNs will be expected to provide high-quality nursing care to patients in emergency and acute care settings. Responsibilities

  • Provide high-quality nursing care to patients in emergency and acute care settings.

  • Ensure compliance with established nursing protocols and standards.

Requirements

  • OK- RN license in good standing
  • 2 years of current acute care/hospital experience
  • BLS certification
  • EPIC experience highly desirable
  • 2 current references
  • Current physical examination (within 12 months)
  • Current PPD test (within 12 months)
  • Titers for MMR, Varicella, and Hep B
  • Current Tdap and Flu vaccine
  • Respiratory Fit testing (within 12 months)
  • Ability to pass a background screening
  • Ability to pass urine drug testing
