We are searching for an Experienced RN Resource Nurse for the EMERGENCY Dept. Three years clinical RN experience in Emergency Dept is required. Location: Charlton Memorial Hospital - Fall River, MA. Hours: 32hrs. Shift: EVE, 3:00pm - 11:00pm with weekend and holiday rotation. Looking for: Bachelors Degree in Nursing or equivalent is required. A minimum of three years clinical experience in an appropriate setting, i.e. Emergency is required. Current RN Licensure in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts is required. Basic Life Support (BLS) certification is required. ACLS and PALS required prior to the completion of orientation. Come join our team at the Charlton Memorial Hospital Emergency Department! Requirements

  • Bachelors Degree in Nursing or equivalent is required.
  • A minimum of three years clinical experience in an appropriate setting, i.e. Medical Surgical, Critical/Coronary Care, etc. is required.
  • Current RN Licensure in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts is required.
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) certification is also required.
  • ACLS and PALS required prior to the completion of orientation.
  • Must be fully vaccinated against seasonal Influenza and the COVID 19 virus or to be exempt from the requirement for medical or personal reasons by signing a statement certifying you are choosing to be exempt from vaccination once hired.

Responsibilities

  • Perform a variety of duties involving the coordination of both clinical and non-clinical care activities including but not limited to staff assignments, staffing levels, etc.
  • Provide guidance, support and coordinate orientation of all new staff members.
