About the position
Ro Health is seeking dedicated Registered Nurses (RNs) for pediatric care in schools located in Boca Raton and Pompano Beach, FL. This position is available for both full-time and per diem roles, with a focus on school health nursing specifically for pediatric patients. The typical shift runs from 7:00 AM to 4:00 PM, although this may vary based on the specific school site. The starting pay for this role is $30.00 per hour, which may be negotiable based on the candidate's experience. The schedule is flexible, allowing for work from Monday to Friday, with no weekend or night shifts required. The target start date for this position is as soon as possible. As a school nurse, the RN will be responsible for providing comprehensive nursing care to students, which includes managing various health conditions and administering medications. The role requires experience with seizure disorders, insulin injections or pumps, G-tube feeding, and handling behavioral issues. Additionally, the RN will be expected to perform custodial duties and may need to assist with tracheostomy care. The position demands strong communication skills, as the nurse will interact with both children and adults regularly. Physical demands include standing, walking, and sitting for extended periods, as well as the ability to lift and move up to 25 pounds occasionally. Responsibilities
- Provide nursing care to pediatric patients in a school setting.

Requirements
- Valid Florida State Nursing License
- Current BLS Certification
- Current Negative TB Result
- Minimum of 1 year of RN experience
