About the position
The Nurse Supervisor (RN) at AristaCare is responsible for overseeing the daily nursing activities within the facility during the 11 PM to 7 AM shift. This role ensures compliance with federal, state, and local regulations while maintaining high-quality care standards. The Nurse Supervisor is entrusted with administrative authority and accountability for their assigned duties, working closely with the Director of Nursing Services.
Responsibilities
- Supervise day-to-day nursing activities during the 11 PM to 7 AM shift.
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local standards and regulations.
- Maintain the highest degree of quality care at all times.
- Delegate administrative authority and responsibility as necessary.
- Collaborate with the Director of Nursing Services.
Requirements
- Nursing Degree from an accredited college or university or graduation from an approved RN program.
- Preferred: Registered Nurse (RN) license.
- Minimum of 2 years of supervisory experience in a hospital, long-term care facility, or related healthcare setting.
- At least 12 months of training experience in rehabilitative and restorative nursing practices.
