About the position

The Nurse Supervisor (RN) at AristaCare Manchester is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day nursing activities during the 11 PM to 7 AM shift. This role ensures compliance with federal, state, and local regulations while maintaining high-quality care standards. The Nurse Supervisor is entrusted with administrative authority and accountability for their assigned duties, working closely with the Director of Nursing Services.

Responsibilities

• Supervise nursing activities during the 11 PM to 7 AM shift.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local standards and regulations.
• Maintain the highest degree of quality care at all times.
• Delegate administrative authority and accountability for nursing duties.
• Collaborate with the Director of Nursing Services.

Requirements

• Nursing Degree from an accredited college or university or graduation from an approved RN program.
• Minimum of 2 years of supervisory experience in a hospital, long-term care facility, or related healthcare facility.
• At least 12 months of training experience in rehabilitative and restorative nursing practices.
