About the position

The RN Supervisor for Concierge Nursing Services is responsible for overseeing the delivery of nursing and support services to clients in their home settings. This role involves developing personalized care plans, managing caregiver teams, and ensuring compliance with client preferences and needs. The RN Supervisor will be actively involved in daily operations to guarantee high-quality service delivery.

Responsibilities

• Meet clients and families in their home setting
• Develop a plan of care including nursing and support services that meet the client's needs
• Determine appropriate caregiver team members to meet the client's needs and manage that team ongoing
• Be available to clients and team on a daily basis to ensure services are provided timely and in full compliance with the client's stated desires.

Requirements

• COVID vaccination required
• Licensed Registered Nurse. BSN preferred
• Supervisory experience
• Prior home care experience REQUIRED
• Private pay experience preferred
• 3+ years clinical experience
• Valid US Drivers License
