About the position
Host Healthcare is seeking a qualified Telemetry Registered Nurse (RN) for an immediate opening in Claremont, New Hampshire. Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care in a telemetry unit.
- Monitor and interpret cardiac rhythms and vital signs.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
- Collaborate with healthcare team members to develop and implement patient care plans.
- Educate patients and their families about health conditions and care plans.
- Document patient care and progress accurately in medical records.
Requirements
- Current RN license in the state of New Hampshire or compact state license.
- Experience in telemetry nursing or critical care nursing.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
- Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certification.
Nice-to-haves
- Experience with electronic health records (EHR) systems.
- Certification in telemetry nursing (CNRN or similar).
- Previous travel nursing experience.
