BPN Staffing Solutions is seeking a qualified Telemetry RN for a 13-week travel contract in Washington, DC. Responsibilities

• Collect data pertinent to the healthcare consumer's health or situation.
• Analyze assessment data to determine actual or potential diagnoses, problems, and issues.
• Identify expected outcomes for a plan individualized to the healthcare consumer or situation.
• Develop a plan that prescribes strategies to attain expected, measurable outcomes.
• Implement the identified plan, coordinate care delivery, and employ strategies to promote health and a safe environment.

Requirements

• DC nursing license
• Experience in MED/SURG and MS/TELE nursing
• Skills in accessing ports, pre/post neuro surgery, and peripheral nerve block catheters
• Ability to manage chest tubes (Emerson/Pleur-evac)
