The Registered Nurse (RN) Weekend Supervisor at Community Springs Healthcare Facility is responsible for providing high-quality care to residents in a skilled nursing environment. This part-time position focuses on developing relationships with residents and collaborating with a supportive healthcare team. The RN plays a crucial role in medication administration, conducting assessments, and monitoring residents' daily living activities, while also facilitating admissions and discharges as part of the interdisciplinary team.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent care to residents in accordance with federal and state regulations.
• Administer medications safely and effectively.
• Conduct resident assessments and monitor changes in Activities of Daily Living (ADLs).
• Administer treatments and procedures as per physician orders.
• Assign care duties to nursing personnel based on their training and experience.
• Facilitate resident admissions and discharges as part of the healthcare team.
• Develop and implement the resident Plan of Care.

Requirements

• Associates degree or Bachelor's degree in Nursing.
• Current RN license.
• Strong critical thinking and assessment skills.
• Experience in patient care.
