About the position

As a Registered Nurse (RN) at Rest Haven Nursing Home, you will play a crucial role in providing high-quality care to our residents. In addition to your clinical responsibilities, you will be expected to consult with other healthcare professionals, validate data, and record pertinent information in patient records. Identifying and evaluating residents' responses to health problems and treatments will be a key part of your role, as will communicating residents' care needs to other team members involved in their care. You will also be responsible for your professional growth and development, ensuring that you stay current with best practices in nursing. Other duties may be assigned by the Director of Nursing as necessary. Responsibilities

  • Implementing a resident care plan

Requirements

  • Valid RN License required
  • Experience in care plans preferred
