About the position

As a Temporary Roadie Support Representative at Texas Roadhouse, you will play a crucial role in assisting the Roadie Support team through September 2024. This position requires a commitment to delivering outstanding customer service and the ability to effectively analyze and resolve incoming issues or questions. You will be responsible for assisting employees and former employees with W2 retrieval and payroll-related inquiries, ensuring that each interaction is handled with patience, empathy, and a positive attitude. Your communication skills will be essential as you will be interacting with customers over the phone and via email, providing clear and effective assistance. Additionally, you will be required to log calls and track tickets using service desk software, ensuring that all actions taken to resolve issues are recorded in detail. The role also involves data entry and supporting various projects as needed, along with other administrative functions to assist the People Department. The ideal candidate will possess a positive attitude and a strong commitment to customer service, making every effort to ensure that employees feel supported and valued. Responsibilities

  • Assist employees and former employees with W2 retrieval
  • Assist employees and former employees with Payroll related questions
  • Use service desk software to log calls and track tickets
  • Answer support phone calls at a high-volume rate with patience, empathy, and a positive attitude towards helping customers
  • Data Entry - assist when needed on various projects
  • Other miscellaneous administrative functions to support the People Department

Requirements

  • High School Graduate or GED equivalent
  • +1 year of experience in customer service preferred
  • +1 year of experience in restaurant experience preferred
  • Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • Bilingual preferred; verbal and written communication skills in both English and Spanish
