About the position

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Line Assembler to join our manufacturing team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in the assembly process, ensuring that products are assembled accurately and efficiently. This position requires a strong understanding of mechanical systems and the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Assemble components and subassemblies according to specifications and schematics.
• Operate and maintain various assembly tools and equipment.
• Conduct quality checks using vision inspection systems to ensure product standards are met.
• Collaborate with team members to optimize assembly processes and improve efficiency.
• Follow CGMP (Current Good Manufacturing Practices) guidelines to maintain product integrity.
• Troubleshoot assembly issues and provide solutions as needed.
• Fabricate parts as necessary, ensuring compliance with engineering specifications.
• Document assembly processes and report any discrepancies or defects.

Requirements

• Previous assembly or manufacturing experience is a plus.
• Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to understand complex systems.
• Familiarity with vision inspection systems for quality assurance.
• Experience with CGMP regulations in a manufacturing environment.
• Ability to read and interpret schematics for accurate assembly.

Nice-to-haves

• Proficiency in Lean manufacturing principles to enhance productivity.
• Knowledge of distributed control systems and logic controllers for operational efficiency.
• Proficiency in SolidWorks for design understanding is a plus.
• Experience with Fanuc robotics or similar automation technology is advantageous.
