Robotic Process Automation Engineer (Leapwork & AI/ML Integration)

Responsibilities

• Design and maintain the standard foundation for diverse systems to ensure interoperability, efficiency, and scalability.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and identify areas for improvement.
• Deliver enhancements that align with business goals.

• Diagnose and resolve automation failures, API issues, and integration problems.
• Conduct business process analysis to identify automation opportunities.

Requirements

• Hands-on experience in building, deploying, and managing automation workflows using Leapwork.
• Strong understanding of robotic process automation methodologies, best practices, and frameworks.
• Experience in handling user interface automation elements such as image recognition and screen scraping.
• Proficient in handling structured/unstructured data, parsing PDFs, and integrating with databases.
• Experience in leveraging AI/ML models within RPA for intelligent automation.
• Knowledge of unit testing, performance testing, and debugging with Leapwork.
• Understanding of REST/SOAP APIs and integrating RPA processes with API services.
• Proficiency with C# or Python for automation scripting and familiarity with SQL.
• Strong problem-solving skills to identify process inefficiencies and develop automation solutions.

Nice-to-haves

• Experience with UiPath.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies, CI/CD pipelines, and version control tools.
