About the position

We are seeking a dedicated Robotics Service Engineer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for performing service calls at customer sites to diagnose and fix problems with their automated systems. Your tasks will include performing preventative maintenance, training customers on their systems, working on service projects, and comprehending customer requirements to make appropriate recommendations. You will also diagnose issues related to electrical components, mechanics, and programming, and determine the correct solutions. Additionally, you are expected to submit service and preventative maintenance reports to the service manager promptly, document processes, manage your tasks effectively, and maintain timelines. You will also be responsible for managing files and backups, attending training classes, maintaining a tool and computer kit, and communicating effectively with your team.

Requirements
