About the position

Neya Systems is seeking a seasoned Robotics Mechanic to support the maintenance and repair of their vehicle fleet, ensuring safe and reliable operation of off-road vehicles. This role involves conducting preventive maintenance inspections, troubleshooting, and repairs to maximize vehicle reliability and minimize downtime.

Responsibilities

• Service vehicles and peripheral hardware and software systems at the shop and travel to test sites as needed.
• Perform maintenance repairs on fleet vehicles, including engines, transmissions, brakes, and electrical systems, adhering to company standards.
• Conduct required inspections and preventive maintenance on vehicles and equipment to maximize safety and reliability.
• Diagnose and repair or replace hydraulic, pneumatic, mechanical, and electrical components.

Requirements

• High school degree with advanced training (trade school or similar) and 5-6 years of experience.
• Proficiency in diagnosing and repairing vehicle systems and components on a wide range of vehicle types.
• Ability to maintain all necessary tools for maintenance, repair, and diagnostics.
• Experience with computer-based diagnostic software for OEMs and component manufacturers.
• Assembly and industrial electromechanical skills and experience.
• Basic computer skills including email etiquette and Microsoft Office.
• Ability to communicate well with customers and management.
• Great attention to detail and problem-solving skills.

Nice-to-haves

• Current CDL License holder or willingness to obtain one within the first 6 months of employment.
• Experience with fabrication.
