About The Position
The Robotics Process Automation Application Support Engineer at BNY is responsible for monitoring and managing Bots and automated processes within the UiPath and Blue Prism Application Platforms. This role involves providing technical support, troubleshooting RPA performance issues, and ensuring the stability of robotic environments. The engineer will also lead a support team, manage automation release schedules, and facilitate the success of the support team by improving processes and tools used by Controllers.
