About the position

The Robotics Process Automation Application Support Engineer at BNY is responsible for monitoring and managing Bots and automated processes within the UiPath and Blue Prism Application Platforms. This role involves providing technical support, troubleshooting RPA performance issues, and ensuring the stability of robotic environments. The engineer will also lead a support team, manage automation release schedules, and facilitate the success of the support team by improving processes and tools used by Controllers.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and manage Bots and automated processes within the UiPath and Blue Prism Application Platforms
• Provide RPA support or technical support services
• Conduct technical analysis to troubleshoot RPA performance or execution issues
• Review system requirements and business processes; coordinate infrastructure installation and implement software solutions
• Analyze software support requirements
• Support infrastructure and platform with users during development, user acceptance testing, and production
• Manage environments and release automated processes to various environments
• Maintain/update documentation of RPA processes and Platform management
• Support releases and testing of automated processing
• Manage Bot users and integrated applications
• Maintain Controller schedule
• Lead support team by providing assistance and guidance to Controllers and facilitating the team's success

Requirements

• Experience with UiPath and Blue Prism Application Platforms
• Strong troubleshooting skills in RPA performance issues
• Ability to analyze software support requirements
• Experience in managing environments and automated processes
• Excellent communication skills to interact with process owners and clients

• Experience in developing automation solutions
