About the position

The Robotics Service Technician position involves working with robotic systems and automated equipment in a manufacturing environment. The role requires a blend of mechanical and electrical expertise, focusing on integration, troubleshooting, and programming of robotic systems to enhance production efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Perform mechanical and electrical assembly of robotic systems.
• Integrate robotic and PLC systems into manufacturing equipment.
• Troubleshoot automated systems, both electrically and mechanically.
• Program robotic offline simulations and integrate vision systems with robotics.
• Lead and manage projects related to robotic systems and automation.

Requirements

• 4 to 6 years of experience in robotic and PLC integration to manufacturing equipment.
• Advanced knowledge of mechanical and electrical assembly.
• Experience in automated systems electrical and mechanical troubleshooting.
• Proficiency in robotic offline simulation programming.
• Experience with vision system integration to robotics and automated equipment.
• 2 or 4-year degree in Electrical, Software Development, or Mechanical Engineering.
• Experience with CAD and SolidWorks.
