As a ROBS Onboarding Specialist I at Guidant Financial, you will play a crucial role in helping entrepreneurs across the United States realize their dreams of starting their own businesses. This fully remote position allows you to work from the comfort of your home while contributing to a growing and stable company that has already facilitated over $5 billion in funding, helping to launch more than 20,000 businesses and creating nearly 100,000 jobs in the economy. Your primary responsibility will be to guide clients through the rollover process, ensuring they understand the necessary business regulations, 401(k) plan adoption agreements, and rollover processes. You will be the main point of contact for clients, building rapport and providing exceptional customer service as you assist them in navigating the complexities of starting their businesses. In this role, you will direct clients through all steps of the rollover process, from entity formation to funding. You will work closely with third-party vendors to ensure timely filing of state and federal documents related to Corporate and 401(k) Plan EINs. Accuracy and attention to detail are paramount as you generate legal documents and prepare final Corporation and Plan documents. Collaboration with the Sales team will be essential to provide clients with timely process updates, and you will also assist clients with setting up their bank accounts and explaining the company's products and services.
