As a ROBS Onboarding Specialist I at Guidant Financial, you will play a crucial role in helping entrepreneurs across the United States realize their dreams of starting their own businesses. This fully remote position allows you to work from the comfort of your home while contributing to a growing and stable company that has already facilitated over $5 billion in funding, helping to launch more than 20,000 businesses and creating nearly 100,000 jobs in the economy. Your primary responsibility will be to guide clients through the rollover process, ensuring they understand business regulations, 401(k) plan adoption agreements, and the necessary rollover processes. In this role, you will directly interact with clients, building rapport through phone and email communications. You will assist clients from the initial stages of entity formation to the final steps of funding their businesses. This includes working with third-party vendors to ensure timely filing of state and federal documents related to Corporate and 401(k) Plan EINs, generating legal documents with accuracy, and preparing final Corporation and Plan documents. Collaboration with the Sales team will also be essential to provide clients with timely process updates and support them in setting up their bank accounts.
