About the position

Guidant Financial is seeking a dedicated ROBS Onboarding Specialist I to join our remote team. As a ROBS expert, you will play a crucial role in guiding clients through the complex processes involved in launching their small businesses, including understanding business regulations, 401(k) plan adoption agreements, and rollover processes. In this role, you will be responsible for directly guiding clients through all steps of the rollover process, from entity formation to funding. Building rapport with clients through phone and email communication is essential, as is collaborating with third-party vendors to ensure timely filing of necessary state and federal documents related to Corporate and 401(k) Plan EINs. You will also be tasked with generating legal documents with precision, preparing final Corporation and Plan documents, and providing updates to the Sales team regarding client processes. Additionally, you will assist clients with setting up their bank accounts and explaining the various products and services offered by our company. Responsibilities

• Direct clients through all steps of the rollover process from entity formation to funding.
• Build rapport over the phone and through email with clients.
• Work with third-party vendors to ensure timely filing of state and federal documents related to Corporate and 401(k) Plan EINs.
• Generate legal documents with accuracy and detail.
• Prepare final Corporation and Plan documents.
• Collaborate with the Sales team to provide client process updates.
• Assist clients with bank account setup.
• Explain company products and services.
• Contribute to department and team projects.
• Perform other duties as required.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years of age.
• 1-2 years of customer relations experience required.
• Passion for providing outstanding customer service.
• Willingness to navigate tough financial conversations with a focus on delivering a positive customer experience.
• Drive to learn with a proactive approach to problem solving.
• Experience managing multiple accounts.
• A competitive attitude about production while maintaining high quality work.
