As a ROBS Onboarding Specialist I at Guidant Financial, you will play a crucial role in helping entrepreneurs across the United States realize their dreams of starting their own businesses. This fully remote position allows you to work from home while being part of a growing and stable company that has already facilitated over $5 billion in funding, helping to launch more than 20,000 businesses and creating nearly 100,000 jobs in the economy. Your primary responsibility will be to guide clients through the rollover process, ensuring they understand business regulations, 401(k) plan adoption agreements, and the necessary steps to successfully fund their new ventures. In this role, you will directly interact with clients, building rapport through phone and email communications. You will assist them in navigating the complexities of entity formation and funding, while also collaborating with third-party vendors to ensure timely filing of state and federal documents related to corporate and 401(k) Plan EINs. Accuracy and attention to detail will be paramount as you generate legal documents and prepare final Corporation and Plan documents. Additionally, you will work closely with the Sales team to provide updates on client processes and assist clients with setting up their bank accounts, all while explaining the company's products and services.
