As a ROBS Onboarding Specialist I at Guidant Financial, you will play a crucial role in helping entrepreneurs across the United States realize their dreams of starting their own businesses. This fully remote position allows you to work from the comfort of your home while contributing to a company that has successfully funded over 20,000 businesses and created nearly 100,000 jobs. Your primary responsibility will be to guide clients through the rollover process, ensuring they understand the necessary business regulations, 401(k) plan adoption agreements, and rollover processes. You will be the main point of contact for clients, providing them with the support and information they need to successfully launch their small businesses. In this role, you will build rapport with clients through phone and email communication, helping them navigate the complexities of business formation and funding. You will collaborate with third-party vendors to ensure timely filing of state and federal documents related to Corporate and 401(k) Plan EINs, and you will generate legal documents with accuracy and detail. Additionally, you will prepare final Corporation and Plan documents, assist clients with bank account setup, and explain the company's products and services. Your contributions will not only help clients succeed but will also support the overall mission of Guidant Financial to empower entrepreneurs.
