About the position

Guidant Financial is seeking a dedicated ROBS Onboarding Specialist I to join our remote team. This position is designed for individuals who are passionate about helping entrepreneurs realize their dreams of starting their own businesses. As a ROBS expert, you will play a crucial role in guiding clients through the complex processes involved in launching their small businesses, including understanding business regulations, 401(k) plan adoption agreements, and rollover processes. Our mission is to empower entrepreneurs by providing innovative funding solutions and leveraging cutting-edge technology to support their growth. In this role, you will be responsible for directing clients through all steps of the rollover process, from entity formation to funding. Building rapport with clients over the phone and through email is essential, as you will be their primary point of contact. You will also collaborate with third-party vendors to ensure the timely filing of state and federal documents related to Corporate and 401(k) Plan EINs, generating legal documents with accuracy and detail, and preparing final Corporation and Plan documents. Additionally, you will work closely with the Sales team to provide updates on client processes and assist clients with bank account setup while explaining the company's products and services. Responsibilities

  • Direct clients through all steps of the rollover process from entity formation to funding
  • Build rapport over the phone and through email with clients
  • Work with third-party vendors to ensure timely filing of state and federal documents related to Corporate and 401(k) Plan EINs
  • Generate legal documents with accuracy and detail
  • Prepare final Corporation and Plan documents

  • Understand and assist clients with bank account setup

  • Contribute to department and team projects
  • Perform other duties as required

Requirements

  • Must be 18 years of age
  • 1-2 years of customer relations experience required
  • Passion for providing outstanding customer service
  • Willingness to navigate tough financial conversations with a focus on delivering a positive customer experience
  • Drive to learn with a proactive approach to problem solving
  • Experience managing multiple accounts
  • A competitive attitude about production while maintaining high quality work
  • Ability to work in an autonomous environment where you can be a self-directed, independent worker
