About the position

As a ROBS Onboarding Specialist I at Guidant Financial, you will play a crucial role in helping entrepreneurs across the United States realize their dreams of starting their own businesses. This fully remote position allows you to work from the comfort of your home while contributing to a growing and stable company that has already facilitated over $5 billion in funding, helping to launch more than 20,000 businesses and creating nearly 100,000 jobs in the economy. Your primary responsibility will be to guide clients through the rollover process, ensuring they understand the necessary business regulations, 401(k) plan adoption agreements, and rollover processes. In this role, you will be expected to build rapport with clients through phone and email communication, ensuring they feel supported throughout their journey. You will work closely with third-party vendors to ensure timely filing of state and federal documents related to corporate and 401(k) Plan EINs, generating legal documents with accuracy and detail. Additionally, you will prepare final Corporation and Plan documents, collaborate with the Sales team to provide updates on client processes, assist clients with bank account setup, and explain the company's products and services. Responsibilities

  • Direct clients through all steps of the rollover process from entity formation to funding.
  • Build rapport over the phone and through email with clients.
  • Work with third-party vendors to ensure timely filing of state and federal documents related to Corporate and 401(k) Plan EINs.
  • Generate legal documents with accuracy and detail.
  • Prepare final Corporation and Plan documents.
  • Collaborate with the Sales team to provide client process updates.
  • Understand and assist clients with bank account setup.
  • Explain company products and services.
  • Contribute to department and team projects.
  • Perform other duties as required.

Requirements

  • Must be 18 years of age.
  • 1-2 years of customer relations experience required.
  • Passion for providing outstanding customer service.
  • Willingness to navigate tough financial conversations with a focus on delivering a positive customer experience.
  • Drive to learn with a proactive approach to problem solving.
  • Experience managing multiple accounts.
  • A competitive attitude about production while maintaining high quality work.
