As a ROBS Onboarding Specialist I at Guidant Financial, you will play a crucial role in helping entrepreneurs across the United States realize their dreams of starting their own businesses. This fully remote position allows you to work from home while being part of a growing and stable company that has already facilitated over $5 billion in funding, helping to launch more than 20,000 businesses and creating nearly 100,000 jobs in the economy. Your primary responsibility will be to guide clients through the rollover process, ensuring they understand business regulations, 401(k) plan adoption agreements, and the necessary rollover processes. In this role, you will directly interact with clients, providing them with the support they need from entity formation to funding. Building rapport with clients over the phone and through email will be essential, as you will be their main point of contact throughout the onboarding process. You will also collaborate with third-party vendors to ensure timely filing of state and federal documents related to Corporate and 401(k) Plan EINs, generate legal documents with accuracy, and prepare final Corporation and Plan documents. Additionally, you will work closely with the Sales team to provide updates on client processes and assist clients with setting up their bank accounts while explaining the company's products and services.
