The ROBS Onboarding Specialist I position at Guidant Financial is a fully remote role designed for individuals who are passionate about helping entrepreneurs realize their dreams of starting their own businesses. As a ROBS Onboarding Specialist, you will be responsible for guiding clients through the entire rollover process, from entity formation to funding. This role requires a customer-centric approach, as you will be working closely with new and existing entrepreneurs to help them navigate business regulations, 401(k) plan adoption agreements, and rollover processes. You will build rapport with clients through phone and email communication, ensuring they feel supported and informed throughout their journey. In addition to direct client interactions, you will collaborate with third-party vendors to ensure timely filing of necessary state and federal documents related to corporate and 401(k) plan EINs. Accuracy and attention to detail are crucial, as you will be generating legal documents and preparing final corporation and plan documents. You will also work closely with the sales team to provide updates on client processes and assist clients with setting up their bank accounts while explaining the company's products and services. This role is not just about individual contributions; you will also be expected to contribute to department and team projects, showcasing your ability to work collaboratively in a remote environment.
