As a ROBS Onboarding Specialist I at Guidant Financial, you will play a crucial role in helping entrepreneurs across the United States realize their dreams of starting their own businesses. Your primary responsibility will be to guide clients through the rollover process, ensuring they understand the necessary business regulations, 401(k) plan adoption agreements, and rollover processes. You will be the first point of contact for new and existing entrepreneurs, providing them with the support they need to successfully launch their small businesses. In this role, you will be expected to build rapport with clients through phone and email communication, ensuring they feel supported throughout their journey. You will work closely with third-party vendors to ensure timely filing of state and federal documents related to corporate and 401(k) plan EINs. Accuracy and attention to detail are paramount as you generate legal documents and prepare final corporation and plan documents. Collaboration with the sales team will also be essential, as you will provide updates on client processes and assist clients with setting up their bank accounts. Additionally, you will explain the company's products and services, contributing to the overall success of the department and team projects.
