As a ROBS Onboarding Specialist I at Guidant Financial, you will play a crucial role in helping entrepreneurs across the United States realize their dreams of starting their own businesses. This fully remote position allows you to work from home while contributing to a growing and stable company that has already facilitated over $5 billion in funding, helping to launch more than 20,000 businesses and creating nearly 100,000 jobs in the economy. Your primary responsibility will be to guide clients through the rollover process, ensuring they understand business regulations, 401(k) plan adoption agreements, and the necessary steps to secure funding for their ventures. In this role, you will directly interact with clients, providing them with the support they need from entity formation to funding. Building rapport with clients through phone and email communication will be essential, as you will be their primary point of contact throughout the onboarding process. You will also collaborate with third-party vendors to ensure timely filing of state and federal documents related to Corporate and 401(k) Plan EINs, generating legal documents with accuracy and detail, and preparing final Corporation and Plan documents. Additionally, you will work closely with the Sales team to provide updates on client processes and assist clients with setting up their bank accounts. Your ability to explain the company's products and services will be vital in ensuring clients feel informed and supported as they embark on their entrepreneurial journey. This position requires a proactive approach to problem-solving and a passion for delivering outstanding customer service, especially when navigating tough financial conversations. You will also contribute to department and team projects, performing other duties as required to support the overall success of the organization.
