As a ROBS Onboarding Specialist I at Guidant Financial, you will play a crucial role in helping entrepreneurs across the United States realize their dreams of starting their own businesses. Your primary responsibility will be to guide clients through the rollover process, ensuring they understand business regulations, 401(k) plan adoption agreements, and the necessary rollover processes. In this role, you will directly interact with clients, building rapport through phone and email communications. You will assist them in navigating the complexities of setting up their businesses, from entity formation to funding. This includes working with third-party vendors to ensure timely filing of state and federal documents related to Corporate and 401(k) Plan EINs, generating legal documents with accuracy, and preparing final Corporation and Plan documents. Collaboration with the Sales team will also be essential to provide clients with timely updates on their processes. Your work will not only involve direct client interaction but also contribute to department and team projects, ensuring that you are part of a cohesive effort to support entrepreneurs.
