As a ROBS Onboarding Specialist I at Guidant Financial, you will play a crucial role in helping entrepreneurs across the United States realize their dreams of starting their own businesses. This fully remote position allows you to work from the comfort of your home while contributing to a company that has successfully funded over 20,000 businesses and created nearly 100,000 jobs. Your primary responsibility will be to guide clients through the rollover process, ensuring they understand the necessary business regulations, 401(k) plan adoption agreements, and rollover processes. You will be the main point of contact for clients, providing them with the support and information they need to successfully launch their small businesses. In this role, you will be expected to build rapport with clients through phone and email communication, ensuring they feel supported throughout their journey. You will work closely with third-party vendors to ensure timely filing of state and federal documents related to corporate and 401(k) plan EINs. Accuracy and attention to detail are essential as you will be responsible for generating legal documents and preparing final corporation and plan documents. Collaboration with the sales team will also be a key aspect of your role, as you will provide updates on client processes and assist clients with setting up their bank accounts.
