About the position

The position is responsible for managing the end-to-end lifecycle of content via the video and IP asset delivery platform, ensuring a high level of service. The role involves reviewing and processing digital video assets, overseeing upload and transcode operations, and preparing media and metadata while verifying incoming content from providers. The individual will work with moderate supervision and is accountable for their results and impact on the team.

Responsibilities

• Ensure all content is published in production within service level agreements.
• Verify that media and metadata are error-free.
• Work with content providers to resolve errors.
• Detect and fix missing metadata to ensure proper placement and display of video across platforms.
• Verify that all media and metadata follow current specifications.
• Receive and process media and metadata from content providers.
• Support coordinators in resolving identified issues.
• Audit partner delivery by comparing pitch lists with received content.
• Use daily metrics reports to react to and improve content partner or delivery issues.
• Build and maintain relationships with content partners.
• Troubleshoot or escalate issues within the Video Operations value chain.
• Maintain regular, consistent, and punctual attendance.
• Work nights, weekends, and variable schedules as necessary.

Requirements

• High School Diploma / GED
• 2-5 years of relevant work experience
• Skills in Quality Control (QC) and Video Operations
• Experience with Content Management Systems (CMS)
