About the position

The Business Analyst (Exchange Traded Funds) role focuses on gathering and analyzing business requirements, particularly in the context of Exchange-Traded Funds (ETFs). The position requires proficiency in SQL for data analysis and a strong understanding of ETF servicing processes. This role is hybrid, based in Quincy, MA, and is open for both C2C and full-time employment.

Responsibilities

• Gather, analyze, and document functional and non-functional requirements in an agile environment.
• Manage product and sprint backlogs, write user stories, and define acceptance criteria.
• Organize epics and features related to the project.
• Write basic SQL queries to support data analysis and validation.
• Understand and apply knowledge of ETF servicing processes, including client onboarding and trade execution.

Requirements

• Experience in business requirements management in an agile environment.
• Proficiency in writing basic SQL queries for data analysis.
• Familiarity with ETF servicing processes.
