About the position

The Business Analyst (Temenos T/24) role is focused on supporting and enhancing banking platforms, particularly in the areas of Security and Capital Markets, Real-Time Payment Processing, and ISO20002 Messaging Standards. The position requires extensive experience in software development, technical analysis, and project management to modernize and maintain core banking systems.

Responsibilities

• Execute software development and maintenance tasks across staggered projects.
• Perform technical analysis for projects supporting key business initiatives and system upgrades.
• Modernize banking platforms including ACI MTS, Universal Payments, RTPS, and Temenos.
• Implement configuration parameters, customization changes, and patches.
• Conduct functional and UAT testing for projects.
• Write SQL queries against structured databases.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience with Security and Capital Markets and Real-Time Payment Processing (RTPS).
• Experience with Temenos T/24 or similar payments/core banking systems (e.g., Hogan, IBS).
• Strong project management skills.
• Ability to perform functional and UAT testing.
• Good verbal and written communication skills.
• Analytical problem-solving skills and well-organized.
• Self-starter with the ability to work independently.
