About the position

The Sr. Python Backend Developer role is a high-priority position focused on developing backend solutions using Python. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in backend development, particularly in Python scripting, and will be expected to work in an Agile/Scrum environment. This position requires strong analytical and problem-solving skills, as well as the ability to collaborate effectively with team members.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain backend services using Python.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams in an Agile/Scrum environment.
• Analyze and solve complex problems related to backend development.
• Implement CI/CD processes using tools like Jenkins or Bamboo.
• Work with cloud services and manage application deployments.

Requirements

• 10-12+ years of experience in backend development.
• Hands-on experience with Python scripting.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Experience in Agile/Scrum project executions.

Nice-to-haves

• Knowledge of Cloud App services, Load Balancer, Application Gateway.
• Hands-on experience with cloud services, preferably Azure.
• Experience with NoSQL and in-memory databases.
• Familiarity with unit testing frameworks.
• Strong knowledge of CI/CD processes using Jenkins/Bamboo.
• Working knowledge of Docker and Kubernetes.
