About the position

The Sales Associate position at Progressive Retail Management (PRM) focuses on delivering exceptional guest service and maintaining the store's appearance. Sales Associates are the face of the PRM brand, responsible for engaging with guests, providing product knowledge, and ensuring a high-quality shopping experience. This entry-level role emphasizes professionalism, friendliness, and teamwork, with a commitment to guest satisfaction as the primary goal.

Responsibilities

• Greet and acknowledge every guest genuinely
• Approach and offer assistance to every guest
• Merchandise product displays to create interest for guests
• Maintain appearance and cleanliness throughout the property
• Proactively seek opportunities to up sell and add-on additional merchandise
• Proactively patrol the property to prevent theft, safety, inventory, and operational concerns
• Maintain schedule flexibility including nights, weekends, days, evenings, and holidays
• Complete assigned duties and tasks
• Follow applicable company policies and procedures at all times
• Ensure and use safe practices at all times

Requirements

• No minimum qualifications required, but must meet applicable laws regarding terms of employment
• Prefer 2 years of retail customer service experience
• Computer literacy in a PC environment
• Must meet licensing requirements where applicable
