About the position

The Sales Associate at Romantix is responsible for providing exceptional guest service and maintaining the store's appearance. This entry-level part-time position focuses on engaging with customers, assisting them with product selections, and ensuring a welcoming environment. Sales Associates play a crucial role in representing the PRM brand and are expected to contribute to a culture of service leadership and teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Greet and acknowledge every guest genuinely.
• Approach and offer assistance to every guest.
• Merchandise product displays to create interest for guests.
• Maintain appearance and cleanliness throughout the property.
• Proactively seek opportunities to up sell and add-on additional merchandise.
• Proactively patrol the property to prevent theft and communicate concerns.
• Maintain schedule flexibility including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Complete assigned duties and tasks.
• Follow applicable company policies and procedures at all times.
• Ensure and use safe practices at all times.

Requirements

• Entry-level position with no minimum qualifications required.
• Prefer 2 years of retail customer service experience.
• Computer literacy in a PC environment.
• Must meet licensing requirements where applicable.
