Requirements

• Strong communication, active listening, conflict resolution, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently or as part of a team.
• Proficiency in CRM systems, Microsoft Office, and spreadsheets.
• Fluency in English; Spanish is a plus.
• Strong work ethic and attention to detail.
