The Roofing and Solar Sales Representative role is focused on promoting and selling roofing and solar products and services to both residential and commercial clients. This position is commission-based, allowing for unlimited earning potential, with top representatives earning over $200,000 annually. The role requires a dynamic, results-driven individual who can generate new business opportunities, build lasting customer relationships, and meet or exceed sales targets.

Responsibilities

• Identify and pursue potential customers through various channels, including referrals, cold calling, and networking.
• Deliver compelling and informative presentations about roofing products and services to potential clients.
• Prepare accurate and detailed project quotes and proposals based on client specifications and requirements.
• Cultivate strong relationships with existing and potential clients to foster repeat business and referrals.
• Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments to identify new business opportunities.
• Set and work towards monthly and quarterly sales targets, tracking progress and implementing strategies to meet or exceed goals.

Requirements

• Proven experience in sales, preferably in the roofing or construction industry.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to understand technical aspects of roofing systems and convey them to non-technical customers.
• Self-motivated and results-oriented.
• Excellent time management and organizational skills.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
