About the position
The Commercial Roofing Project Manager will oversee high-profile commercial roofing projects, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget. This role requires strong leadership skills to manage teams and coordinate various aspects of roofing projects, including labor management, site visits, and compliance with safety standards.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate meetings for up-to-date labor figures
- Review estimates with management and scope of work
- Work with a variety of commercial roofs such as TPO and EPDM
- Run commercial roofing projects on time and under budget
- Manage crews of foremen, superintendents, etc.
- Make site visits to ensure work is being completed per specifications
- Conduct and participate in safety meetings
- Participate in manufacturer inspections
Requirements
- Minimum of 5-10 years experience in the supervision and installation of all commercial roofing systems
- Strong computer skills
- Strong organizational skills and job tracking abilities
- Proven leadership skills and ability to manage teams
- Ability to read, understand, and interpret construction drawings
- Valid driver's license
- Self-motivated and innovative individual who can handle changing priorities and multiple tasks
