JWC General Contractors is seeking a motivated and experienced Roofing Sales Representative to join our team in the Dallas/Fort Worth area. As a Roofing Sales Rep, you will be responsible for canvassing neighborhoods to identify prospects who have experienced roof and exterior damage due to wind and hail storms. You will engage in door-to-door sales, providing free roof inspections and estimates to potential clients. In this role, you will conduct thorough inspections of roofs and exteriors, documenting any damage through pictures, measurements, and detailed notes. You will educate prospects about the damage to their property, the insurance restoration process, and the services offered by JWC. Utilizing the company's proprietary software, you will complete a scope of work and present your findings to prospects, ultimately closing roof reconstruction agreements based on cash or insurance proceeds. Additionally, you will provide the necessary documentation to the inside production team to initiate roofing and reconstruction projects. Your presence at roofing and reconstruction sites will be crucial, as you will answer customer questions and promote JWC services to neighbors. You will also be responsible for completing all paperwork related to the insurance process and attending regular sales meetings to stay updated on company practices and strategies.
