Requirements

• Proven success in sales, ideally in roofing, solar, or service-related industries.
• 3+ years of outside sales experience.
• Experience in residential roofing sales, particularly in insurance and retail.
• Prior door-to-door roofing experience is highly preferred.
• Ability to climb a ladder to inspect roofing shingles.
• Experience in customer service and conflict resolution.
• Valid Driver's License.
