• Maintain up-to-date schedules, paperwork, and reports.
• Perform daily safety inspections and ensure compliance with OSHA requirements.
• Conduct regular safety trainings for staff.
• Interview, hire, and train new employees, participating in performance reviews.
• Establish and maintain good communication with clients and vendors regarding project progress.

Requirements

• 3+ years of roofing construction experience
• Basic computer skills
• Reading and writing skills
• Valid driver's license and a clean driving record
